Cancellation policy

Friends on Paper is a monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method $8.00/month (US) or $9.00/month (International) on the same date each month, until you cancel. Shipping is free, always.

Canceling is easy

• Cancel anytime from your account page under Subscriptions — no phone calls, no hoops, no guilt trip. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You'll still receive the card for any month you've already paid for.

Skipping a month

• Rather than cancel outright, you can skip a month or pause your subscription from your account page. Skipped months are never charged.

Refunds

• Once your month's card has shipped, that month's charge is non-refundable.
• If it hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund it — no questions asked.
• Card arrived damaged, or never arrived at all? Tell us and we'll resend it or refund that month — your call.

Failed payments

• If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again. If we can't collect payment, your subscription will be canceled automatically — you won't be charged anything further.
